Possible dates for Norm Johnson to visit: 
eve, Wed, Jan 14 plus day or eve (eve pref) Thurs, Jan 15 eve, Thurs, Jan 22 plus day or eve (eve pref) Fri Jan 23

Group wants 2 meetings w/ Norm: 
#1 to present general project goals/ plan for those not familiar w/ project
#2 to discuss how to measure goals (very specific)

Additionally, there is strong interest in a meeting to discuss: _ "Ground rules" and underlying assumptions of model 
_ Goals of model, not just goals of watershed (how will model be used, and by whom?)

It seems that this meeting should be part of the Jim Agee meeting. This meeting should at least be scheduled
(if not already taken place) by the time the other  meeting occurs.  


** meetings MUST be facilitated in such a way that everyone who wants to speak has a chance to do so
(no domination by one group).
** We must have clear agenda for all meetings so that we don't get off track.
