Instructions:
You must have administrator rights to install this program

This installation is fairly strait forward. To begin, run "Q:\Win32\Install\Internet\NETSCP4.EXE

It is fine for most applications of the software to simply accept the defaults. The installer will locally install Netscape on your system. Once it has finished, Netscape should load. There is no need to reboot and Netscape should work at this point.
