Hydrologic Data Collection Program for Oregon. Contains current stages, hydrographs, and historical data (Here is an example). Links to all USGS hydrological data nationwide.
USGS Water Resources of Washington. Similar data for the State of Washington.
Oregon River Stages, from the University of Oregon. Also some stream recreation links.
US Army Corps of Engineers River Stage and Reservoir Regulation Data , for Oregon. This site is focused on rivers where the COE has structures, but includes others also.

Oregon Climate Service. Current weather, historical weather data. This is a complete source for Oregon weather data, with links to national data.

Trees of the Pacific Northwest. Species keys, facts.
Oregon Department of Forestry's Register of Big Trees. Lists state and national champions of most trees native or naturalized in Oregon.
Oregon Department of Forestry. Lots of public information-style pages. There is access to publications, and a search page, too.

USDA Forest Service Home Page. Forest Service databases, maps, public services.

Water Research and Regulation:

Oregon DEQ Water Quality Page. Information on Agency programs and standards. Applications to forest land include temperature standards, 303(d)-list pollution definitions, and more.
Department of Energy's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory's Hydrology Web. Searchable database, good place to look for many different kinds of hydrologic web sites.
Oregon Water Resources Research Institute home page. WRRI newsletter is here.
