Apply online!, download the forms, requirements & instructions, or request materials be mailed to you.

Once your application is complete, the WS&E Graduate Admissions Committee will review it to assess your scholastic background and decide whether our program can fulfill your academic objectives. Space in our program is limited and admission is competitive.

Application Deadlines: Applications may be received at any time, but not later than 30 days prior to the quarter in which you hope to register. International students will need to apply much earlier.

New students are encouraged to enter our program in the summer or fall term. If you wish to compete for fellowship funding, then your application must be completed by January 15.

Official Notice: Applicants usually receive notice of the Department’s decision within two to three months after their application is complete. However, an official Notice of Admission will be sent by the University Office of Admission and Orientation indicating successful completion of the admission requirements and eligibility for enrollment.
