Scandinavia Experience: Application

To apply:
1.	Click here to visit the International Programs application form.
2.	Click on "Online study/Intern Abroad Application for all OSU Students."
3.	Select study abroad and click "continue to applicaiton."
4.	Select Scandinavia from the Country drop down menu list.
5.	"OSU - Natural Resources Study Tour" should appear in the Program drop down menu list.
6.	Complete remainder of online application and submit.
7.	This should take you to a "Mandatory Application Checklist" (http://oregonstate.edu/international/studyabroad/checklist/scandinavia). You may need to scroll down the list and select Scandinavia. For this program the checklist includes:
	a.	2 letters of reference (http://oregonstate.edu/international/studyabroad/apply/reference)
	b.	Official transcripts
	c.	Create application essays (http://oregonstate.edu/international/studyabroad/apply/essays)
		Letters of reference, transcripts and application essays should be sent to: osu.scandinavia.09@oregonstate.edu or Scandinavia 2009 119 Richardson Hall Corvallis, OR 97331
8.	Schedule an interview with the course instructors by emailing osu.scandinavia.09@oregonstate.edu.
9.	Complete this form and submit it to osu.scandinavia.09@oregonstate.edu or mail it to the address above.

NOTE: The non-refundable* program fee deposit ($500) is due on February 15. If the student is not accepted into the program, then the deposit check will be returned or refunded. The balance of the program fee ($4,400) must be paid and/or financial aid agreement completed by May 1st or you will be unregistered from the course. After May 1st, refunds for cancellations or withdrawals will be as follows: Program Fee (100% non-refundable), Summer 2009 Tuition/Fees will be refunded according to standard OSU refunding policies based on the date the course is dropped or withdrawn.
