The influence of timber harvest on aquatic amphibians
There are a number of possible directions that you could go with this topic. Timber harvest may influence a number of different aspects of habitat for aquatic amphibians, including stream temperature, sedimentation, and riparian conditions, among others. It is unlikely that you will be able to do a thorough job of discussing all of the potential effects of timber harvest on aquatic amphibians, so clearly define the scope of issues that you will be covering and make that clear to your reader. In addition, clearly identify the geographic scope of your paper. Remember, not all types of timber harvest will have the same effects on aquatic amphibians, so be sure to identify what types of management you are talking about in your paper.
