PDF files are being used because most people are printing the .ppt files. This should make it easier. The point of all this is to SAVE PAPER!  If you can find your way to actually review the material on the screen then we SAVE PAPER.  We SAVE INK CARTRIDGES.  If you must print, then select "6" pages per sheet and print DOUBLE SIDED.   Click Properties for the selected printer, ,then change the "Pages Per Sheet" option to print multiple pages per sheet. Choose 9 pages per printed page.
