The above site will take you to a place where you can download a large filegeodatabase for the entire state. Use a FTP program like FileZilla (free) to download the filegeodatabase folder otherwise you will have to download each individual file (about 30). Another option for accessing DEMs if you have an ONID account:

There is a raster that provides DEM data for all of Oregon: dem24k2.
It is in the Oregon Centered Lambert projection with feet as the height units.
You can read or copy this file, and clip from it as long as the output goes into your own ONID space, but you will not be able to change this file or write to the T:\GIS\oregon\dem directory.
