Conference Venue

The conference will be held in Corvallis, Oregon on the campus of Oregon State University at the CH2M HILL Alumni Center. In your free time during the conference, enjoy the use of Dixon Recreation Center's facilities including a swimming pool, racquetball and squash courts, weight training rooms, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, all for a minimal cost. Dixon Recreation Center is located within minutes of Hilton Garden Inn and meeting facilities.

For you outdoor lovers, Corvallis is a "bike friendly" city, so there are numerous bike/running paths to enjoy. The city also boasts close to 50 parks within city limits where you can play soccer, baseball or ultimate frisbee. Take a hike up Mary's Peak for a terrific view of the Valley. Why not come early and enjoy a round of golf at the Trysting Tree Golf Club. This beautiful public course is located beside the Willamette River and is just minutes from the OSU campus.

Housing Accommodations:
A block of rooms has been reserved for conference participants at the Hilton Garden Inn, located across the street from OSU's conference facilities. The discounted room rate is $89/night plus tax. Please make your reservation before March 1, 2007 and specify that you are with the "Mountain Logging/Skyline Symposium" in order to ensure a room at the discounted rate.
