This Conference is for you! Join a network of passionate and innovative environmental educators from around the nation in workshops, plenary sessions and educational entertainment that demonstrate how they deliver quality environmental education that teach people how to think, not what to think. Credit
Portland State University is offering graduate or CEU credit for those who attend the conference. The cost for one graduate credit is $75; cost for 1.5 CEUs (15 contact hours, which would involve more than one conference day) is $20. Scholarship Application
- Scholarships are available for Oregon Residential Outdoor School providers. Preference will be given to outdoor school providers whose primary job is working at an outdoor school, or if seasonal, whose primary job as a seasonal is working at an outdoor school. Consideration will be given to those whose primary work is not working at an outdoor school, but who have significant responsibilities in conducting, managing or teaching at an outdoor school.

- How will this conference impact your work as an environmental educator?
- What three conference strands are of most interest to you and why?
- What will you contribute to the conference as a participant?
- Application Deadline: July 20
- Selection notification: On or before August 7
- Selection of scholarships awardees will be conducted of by a committee representing EEAO’s Board, EEAO’s members, teachers who visit outdoor schools, and outdoor school administrators.
