Why do you facilitate PLT
workshops for educators? -
I believe that
it is important for educators (and their students) to understand how
forests grow and replace themselves; what wildlife need for
survival, and basic science so that they can be critical
thinkers when given media untruths or information about our natural
resources (i.e. forests) that is not based on science or facts.
