Helping small woodland owners meet today's competing demands on forest resources is part of what we do. By providing the results of the latest research to landowners, we hope to empower them to meet their management objectives through sustainable and environmentally sound forestry practices.

Sharing knowledge with forest-based industries to make them more productive and efficient is also part of what we do. We help by providing information on new technologies, marketing ideas, taxes, and business management.

Oregon is a state with growing demands for all the benefits forests provide. Managing and maintaining our forests is complex. By providing information to the public, we help the decision-making process by helping people understand different points-of-views.
