What Are Woodcuts?

 

 

One way the club supports itself is by selling firewood. Woodcuts are held on the weekends and consist mainly of splitting and stacking wood to be sold. All members of the club are encouraged to come and participate. An added bonus to participating in woodcuts is that each member's hours are added up and recorded. These hours can then be used to supplement anything a member has to pay for in the club. One example is the club's annual Sunriver trip. The usual cost of the trip is $100 per member, but anyone who has 20 woodcut hours can go for free.

We are preparing to take a break from Woodcuts, however we want to end on a strong point so please EVERYONE come to the Woodcut on Sunday, October 23 @ 9:00AM. If you need a ride arrive at the Peavy Loading Docks no later than 8:25AM.
